Hello

I’m Ghazal, a Meditation and Mindfulness teacher accredited by the British School of Meditation.

For the past six years, mindfulness has been an integral part of my life, helping me navigate both the everyday and the unexpected with more ease and awareness. My own journey has shown me that mindfulness isn’t about fitting into a particular mould; it’s about finding what works for you.

Along the way, I realised how often mindfulness can feel out of reach for many people and I wanted to offer something different. My approach is simple, open, and non-judgemental. I meet you where you are, helping you shape a practice that feels natural to you.

Life will always bring its challenges, but through mindfulness, we can learn to meet them with a stillness and ease. As Viktor Frankl wrote, “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.”

I’d love to help you explore what mindfulness looks like for you.
